Who is this Visa For?
This provisional visa is for people who invest at least AUD5 million in Australian investments that meet certain requirements and maintain investment activity in Australia. This visa provide a permanent residence (888 Visa) pathway to the holder of visa.
- make a complying significant investment of at least AUD5 million to venture capital funds, emerging companies investments and balancing investment for at least 4 years
- your source of funds is legally obtained;
- the investment funds is unencumbered
- live in Australia for at least 40 days per year for the duration of your provisional visa. Or your spouse or de facto partner live in Australia for at least 180 days per year for the duration of your provisional visa.

Notice
You have to lodge an Expression Of Interest (EOI) and wait to receive an invitation from the State or Territory Government; it requires to satisfy the basic requirements of the above as well as the nomination requirements of the State or Territory Government.
