關於香港人延長五年澳洲簽證,已經在8月20日正式生效! 有關法律文件內容如下: 457, 482, 485簽證延長五年-從2020年7月9日開始, 如果以上臨時技術和臨時畢業生簽證主要持有人在2020年7月9日至2025年7月8日期間獲批簽證時持有中華人民共和國香港特別行政區護照(簡稱:香港特區護照)，簽證的有效期將延長至五年。 -次要簽證持有人即家庭成員因簽證主要持有人的關係而獲得以上簽證也將可以延期五年，無論他們是持有什麼國家護照，唯一是不可以超越簽證主要持有人的簽證期限。 -次要簽證子女持有人因超過22歲(即一般不當作是倚靠子女看待),簽證會在他們轉23歲時完結,除非証明他們是移民條例中的特殊情況而被繼續看待為倚靠子女。 -從2020年7月9日起頒發的482臨時技能短缺簽證也將獲得有效期為五年的簽證。 這些簽證持有人在五年後能獲得的永久居留途徑將在以後公佈。 追溯期至2020年7月9日。
